The simplest way to create an account is by logging in with your Apple or Google account. This provides an easy and secure way to access PalUp long term.
Alternatively, you can sign up using your email address. After signing up, a login link will be sent to your email, which will direct you to PalUp securely.
- How do I reset my password?
- Navigate to your Profile.
- Click on Password.
- Fill in your current and new password then save.
- How do I delete my account?
- Navigate to your Profile.
- Click on Data Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- How do I retrieve my password?On the log-in page, click "Forgot Password?" and fill in your username or email to reset your password.
